After the huge success of Jurassic World LEGO exhibition by Brickman and his team, Perth is about to be graced, in the scariest way possible, with a prehistoric adventure for the ages.
From 7 through to 25 April 2023, Burswood Park will transform into Jurassic Kingdom where you will be stepping back in time and coming face-to-face with the humongous creatures, amongst other dino-themed attractions.
Starting Good Friday and ending on Anzac Day, Jurassic Kingdom promises gasps galore and intrigue for anyone who dares explore the two hectares of parkland.
Over 20 life-size animotronic dinosaurs will freakishly come alive amongst the trees, whether they’re grazing on the grassy grounds or monching leaves at staggering heights above your own head.
As well as the seeing, there’s lots of doing to be done. Get dusty at the Giant Fossil Dig, get creative at the Dino Craft Station, and pop on your thinking cap at the Prehistoric Education Zone with 10 interactive exhibits to put your imagination to the test.
Nab some beast-like showbags and scour the Dino Shop for everything dinosaur. Be inspired by roving performances, entertain yourself at the sideshow games, and is the ‘saurs aren’t enough to get your adrenaline pumping, then jump on a carnival ride.
But if that’s all a bit too much for you, head to the Chill Zone and tuck into a feast from the many food trucks that will be on site. It ain’t just the dinousaurs that need a good old fashioned feeding (emphasis on ‘old’).
The Jurassic Kingdom theme park is open from 7 to 25 April 2023 for kids and paleontologist enthusiasts alike. Tickets are essential and on sale now.
