One of Perth’s biggest summer festivals has officially locked in its return. Wildlands Festival is taking over Arena Joondalup on Saturday, January 2, 2027, bringing a day packed with world-class electronic music, hip-hop and festival production to kick off the new year. Headlined by John Summit, Skepta, KI/KI, Disco Lines and the Australian-exclusive debut of WORSHIP, the lineup is stacked from top to bottom. Wildlands has become known for booking artists at the forefront of dance music, and this year’s roster is one of its strongest yet. Joining the headline acts are internationally celebrated performers including KI/KI, Overmono, Nia Archives, Disco Lines, Hannah Laing, Funk Tribu, Ewan McVicar, Hamdi, Layton Giordani, Lens, Anetha B2B SPFDJ, Benwal B2B Kyle Starkey, Saint Ludo and more. Plus, the Australian-exclusive debut of WORSHIP gives fans a rare chance to see one of drum and bass’ biggest collectives live, bringing together Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock and 1991.
Festival organisers are also introducing refreshed layouts across the site, giving returning attendees plenty to discover. The open-air Sahara Stage is back with an upgraded production setup, the Summit Stage returns under the tent with immersive live elements, and a brand-new addition, The Wilds Stage, will allow fans to experience DJ sets from directly beside the performers. Add VIP experiences, express entry and upgraded viewing areas into the mix, and it’s all set for an unforgettable day.
Wildlands has consistently delivered some of Australia’s strongest summer lineups, previously hosting everyone from FISHER and Kid Cudi to Peggy Gou, Becky Hill, BICEP and A$AP Ferg.
