Spring is well and truly under way here in Perth, and it’d be rude not to have a refreshing beverage on hand to keep you cool and your palate entertained. Choosing something new to sip can be a daunting task however; that’s where Henry Summer’s Native Wine arvo comes into play.
On Saturday 19 November, Northbridge’s lush oasis that is Henry Summer will transform into a wine-do for the ages, showcasing over 30 different natural wines; reds, whites, pinks, yellows, you name it.
Wine fanatics can indulge and celebrate lo-fi naturals, organic and biodynamic vinos from all around the country. We really do have some world-class wine regions right on our doorstep and luckily you can discover some of the best all in the one spot.
Along with the divine wine, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet the makers behind the juice, a few of those being from: Break Free (WA), Yume Wine (WA), Prometheus Wines (SA), Vallee du Venom (WA), Somos (SA), See Saw (NSW), Delinquente (SA), Chalari (WA), Wild Olive (McLaren Vale, SA), and Temple Bruer (SA).
The natty party wouldn’t be complete without a few mouth-watering grazing tables though – set to complement and soak up the naughty, sorry *natty, drinks, all whilst your ears feast on the bangers provided by the DJ’s.
Native Wine is a great way to find a new favourite drop, without having to buy an entire bottle or glass and running the risk of being completely sickened by a flavour that simply doesn’t agree with your taste buds.
Tickets for Native Wine on Saturday 19 November from 2pm until 5pm at Henry Summer are essential. It’s going to be an enticing time, it’s only natural.
