Known for some of the most memorable film scores across multiple generations, Hans Zimmer is coming to Australia this year. And guess what? He will begin his tour at Perth’s iconic RAC Arena before popping over to a few more Aussie cities, i.e. Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.

After enthralling over 600,000 spectators across 50 sold-out shows in 17 arenas in Europe, Hans Zimmer is finally bringing The Next Level tour to Perth. More than a simple concert, the show is a visual and musical spectacle, rising above just playing orchestral versions of our favourite movie scores. The production includes EDM sounds, eye-catching light production, and a little surprise stage at each location, showing exactly why Zimmer is such a beloved touring artist.
In Australia, vocalist Lisa Gerrard, known for her unique “wailing woman” sound in Gladiator, will be part of the tour. Additionally, one can expect scores from The Dark Knight, Interstellar, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Lion King, Mission: Impossible, Black Hawk Down, Dune, The Last Samurai and more.
With over 500 projects across mediums, several Oscars and Grammys, Hans Zimmer’s expansive scores have transported us into fictional worlds for decades and continue to do so.
