Over the past few years, working from home or remotely has become a popular mode of productivity, and we have the Covid-19 pandemic to thank for that.
With the rise of such things, both individuals and groups are opting to base themselves at coworking venues, and the people of Perth can now look forward to the opening of two new spaces by eastern states workspace provider, Hub Australia.
Hub Elizabeth Quay will mark the provider’s first Perth flexible workspace in Nine The Esplanade once the development is complete in 2025, followed closely by another site at the 45-level Brookfield Place in the CBD.
The Elizabeth Quay Hub will be spread across two storeys inside the 19-storey building with some hopeful sweeping views of the Swan River on the cards. While the Brookfield Place Hub will span across levels one to four of the St Georges Terrace destination, covering 8,000 square metres of workspace.
The Brookfield Place workspace is set to boast a mix of traditional flexible space as well as larger format project spaces which will expand the userbase of the multipurpose space. While both Hubs will incorporate the company’s Building Hospitality services which will include a business lounge, meeting and events spaces, café, and outdoor terrace.
Chief Executive Officer at Hub Australia, Brad Krauskopf, says, “We’ve been looking to expand into the WA market for some time now, and we’re thrilled to be finally opening our first two flexible workspaces in Perth’s CBD.
“Our Building Hospitality service also reflects that delivering quality workspaces is no longer just about the desks and square metres. Next-generation professionals are looking for the highest-quality, most seamless workplace experiences – and businesses know they need to provide this in order to attract and retain the top talent.
“Our Building Hospitality services means landlords can offer their tenants the most exclusive services and amenities, with a hospitality-led approach that transforms the workplace into an experience.”
