Got ribs? This new American BBQ restaurant does, but they’ve got so much more than that too. Cuisines have officially collided at Ribs Lane, Beaufort Street’s latest foodie affair in Mount Lawley.
Brought to the people of Perth by none other than the east coast’s much-loved Italian eateries, Cristini’s, Ribs Lane is serving up new and improved American BBQ classics alongside a curated selection of Greek snacks, French crepes and waffles, and indulgent loaded thick shakes.
The retro, 60-seater is welcoming you to get your hands well and truly dirty with towering burgers of wagyu beef, a hefty selection of wings with the likes of honey sriracha to parmesan truffle wings, oozy sides like mac ‘n’ cheese, and even a couple of plant-based burgers for your vegan friends.
Head Chef Jayne Garcia (of Urban Purveyor Group, ALEX&Co. Parramatta, and Candelori’s) has made sure those with a sweet tooth don’t go hungry either, with a range of crepes, waffles, and loukamades (Greek donuts) loaded with warm Biscoff, heaps of chocolate, and plenty more.
If you’re up to late night antics too and known to get a little peckish in the early house, never fear, on weekends Ribs Lane will be whipping up everything from their fall-off-the-bone meats to overflowing thick shakes until a satisfying 4:00am.
Ribs Lane co-owner, restaurateur, and hospitality veteran, Kathy Criniti, says, “We are thrilled to bring Ribs Lane to Perth. Our goal is to delight our patrons with exceptional flavours, warm hospitality, and an ambiance that transports them to a vibrant and energetic urban dining scene.”
“Ribs Lane is a testament to our passion for creating extraordinary dining experiences. Every detail has been carefully crafted to deliver an unforgettable and immersive dining adventure.”
Ribs Lane in Mount Lawley is now open for all your devouring needs every dang day of the week.
