It seems that grills are all the rage – with the arrival of Ribs Lane in Mount Lawley, the high-end Sydney steakhouse on the horizon for Elizabeth Quay, and soon to join the ranks is a national favourite, The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill.
Floreat Forum is set to be the new home of Sporting Globe that is anticipated to swing its doors open during August this year, making the locale Western Australia’s fourth mega-sports bar and restaurant by these particular grillin’ experts.
The new Floreat Forum Sporting Globe will cater to over 400 patrons and feature an expansive open-air beer garden with a big screen, restaurant, TAB facilities, and over 50 high-definition screens, including touch screen booth TVs, and a central bar with stadium-style big screens – all offering a wide selection of sports vision from around the ‘globe’.
Sporting Globe pride themselves on being a place where fans, fanatics, friends, and families can gather and celebrate their passion, all whilst offering an extensive selection of food and drinks, from signature wings, tasty burgers, slow-cooked ribs, and steaks pipin’ hot from the grill.
It ain’t all about the big leagues at Sporting Globe though – the WA venues are avid supporters of the local community, donating over $75,000 annually across 35 West Australian grass roots clubs, and becoming the official venue partner of the Perth Wildcats in 2021.
Furthering their partnership with WA locals, Sporting Globe has joined forced with former Australian Hockey player and Olympian Tim Deavin – both keen to hit another goal off the back of their success with the Rockingham & Mandurah Forum venue.
Signature Hospitality Group CEO, James Sinclair, says, “We look forward to opening the doors of The Sporting Globe Floreat and invite everyone to jump off the side-line and join the winners circle later this year for a unique venue and dining experience.”
